For those who are planning to visit Athens and require a stay longer than a few days, we offer special rates for up to 2 months, 2 – 6 months, 6 – 12 months and 12 months or more.
The Olygreen Athens Residences offer fully equipped and furnished apartments of 70 sq.m, totally independent, with floor heating, air conditioning throughout with individual settings for each room separately, security steel door, alarm system and smoke detector and fire alarm.
When you enter to the Master bedroom with the king size bed you will immediately feel the need to lie down and get rest after your journey. Its anatomic mattress contains individual pocket springs and memory foam to offer you an experience of comfort and relaxation. The spacious wardrobes in both rooms can fit all your belongings no matter how long you plan to stay or how many people you are.
If you are more than 2 people you can rest assured that the second bedroom offers two single beds with equally good mattress quality. Both bedrooms are having smooth wooden floor from solid oak and a 40’ flat screen smart TV with satellite reception.
The ergonomically designed bathrooms covered with marbled tiles give the feeling of a spa environment. The shower area is separated by crystal sliding doors and offers wall mounted bath taps, body jets and rain shower for natural sensation of the water. Discover the touch of pure virgin Greek olive oil, the extracts of which are the key ingredient in all of our bath amenities, soap, shampoo and shower gel. Olive oil soap is hand made by Marika in Ancient Olympia especially for the Olygreen Athens.
Distinctly hidden under the counter you will find the washing machine and the laundry cabinet.
Nevertheless you can find everything you might need in walking distance.
After you settle in, hang out to shop all the ingredients for your dinner. You can find bakeries, butcher shops & mini markets just a few meters away of your apartment.
In the area you can also find lots of restaurants with Greek, American, Mediterranean, Japanese, Mexican cuisine to dine and bars to enjoy your evening with a drink; otherwise the metro station is close enough to visit the city center and explore its own secrets.
When the weather is good, is a great opportunity to visit the beautiful park. There you can go for jogging, walking, tennis and plenty of other activities. The park is also perfect for organizing a picnic and having a lovely morning in the nature.
Keep in mind that a few pharmacies and hospitals exist in the area and the police station is only 400 meters away. Τhis will subconsciously make you feel more safe and enjoy your stay even more.

The Olygreen building consists of four floors. All guests are being supported by our office on the fourth floor. Our team is there to offer assistance to any requirement a guest should have, provide information about transportation, attractions and sightseeing.
